Need help writing your college essay? It’s never too early! Learn the dos and don'ts at this helpful seminar. Gain knowledge with techniques for brainstorming, overcoming writer's block, and an understanding of what college admissions officials want to see. Registration begins Tuesday, September 5th.

High School Equivalency (HSE) TASC Preparation Program

Suffolk County Community College will be offering FREE classes for the High School Equivalency (HSE) TASC Preparation Program. Classes will be held at the New York State Department of Labor Career Center in Patchogue. New York All Veterans Job Fair September 14th

RecruitMilitary and the DAV are proud to present a Job Fair for Veterans on Thursday, September 14th  from 11-3 pm at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. 120 + companies are slated to attend. Job opportunities, career education opportunities & business ownership opportunities. This is a FREE hiring event for U.S. Military veterans. This includes personnel who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, veterans who already have civilian work experience, members of the National Guard and reserves, and their spouses.  Register for this event here

Long Island Career Fair
