Beginner QuickBooks Certificate Program
Learn Record Keeping and more ….
Workshops will be held February 28, March 2, 7, 9 2017  from 6-9 pm. Learn skills to:
  • Create a new QuickBooks company
  • Modify the preset chart of accounts to suit individual needs
  • Add/edit information to company lists
  • Write QuickBooks checks and assign amounts to specific accounts
  • Work with asset and liability accounts in QuickBooks
  • Enter bills into QuickBooks accounts payable
  • Pay bills
  • Invoice customers
  • Receive payments from customers and make bank deposits
  • Open and use registers for any QuickBooks balance sheet accounts
  • Reconcile a QuickBooks checking and credit card account
  • Track credit card transactions
Basic computer skills are required. Please complete and mail the registration form along with your payment of $250.00. Career Fair for Culturally & Ethnically Diverse Educators Feb. 11th


Eastern Suffolk BOCES will be hosting a Career Fair for Administrators, Teachers & Substitute Teachers on Saturday, February 11th from 9-1 PM at Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School in Huntington Station. All participants must pre-register in order to attend the Career Fair. Registration materials will be available at http://www.esboces,org/Page/1818. Participating school districts are Bay Shore School District, Brentwood School District, Comsewogue School District, Huntington Union Free School District, Longwood Central School District, Shoreham-Wading River Central School District, Three Village Central School District & Eastern Suffolk BOCES.
