For some people, they hear the word networking, and they think of horrible meetings where people were trying to sell to them, and they didn't even know their name. Or, they have been to meetings and don't know what to say, how to behave, or how to make conversation that will have an impact. This session covers a networking philosophy that is all about building relationships. It will also cover how to introduce yourself, and how to use the fact that curiosity is the fuel for conversation. Registration begins on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Long Island Career Fair August 29th

If you are, dress in your best professional clothes, bring resumes and visit our Long Island Career Fair on Thursday, August 29th from 11-2 pm at the Melville Marriott-Long Island. The Long Island Regional Virtual Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, August 7th from 11-2 PM. A Preview Day will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, beginning at 9 am.
