This class will focus on the basic principles of outstanding customer service.  Training will be led by St. Joseph's College staff & industry leaders.  A certificate of completion will be given to you after you complete the course.

Preparing for Employment
Tues., March 28th-April 25th, 6:00-7:30 PM
This course is broken down into FIVE sessions.  Take one or take all FIVE.  Session One: Career Development; Session Two: Assessing your Skills & Personality; Session Three: Resume & Cover Letter; Session Four: Job Search; Session Five: The Art of Interviewing.  A certificate of completion will be given to you after you complete the course.
